About Victor

I am a bilingual and bicultural teaching artist who uses the Arts as a bridge to STEAM education, creativity, and self-expression. Through music, storytelling, I create engaging learning environments where students can explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math in ways that feel personal, creative, and accessible. My work is especially focused on reaching underserved and underrepresented youth, including students who may not traditionally see themselves reflected in STEM pathways.

As a teaching artist, I believe the Arts give young people a voice, a sense of belonging, and the confidence to share their ideas with the world. Growing up, the Arts helped shape my identity and inspired my curiosity, and I strive to pass that same sense of possibility on to others. I believe all students deserve access to high-quality Arts education, regardless of their background, language, geography, or economic circumstances. The Arts enrich lives, nurture creativity, build empathy, and create opportunities for joy, exploration, and human connection. I design bilingual English/Spanish experiences that honor culture, storytelling, and community while helping students build technical, creative, and communication skills. My goal is to help learners see that creativity and innovation are deeply connected, and that their stories, cultures, and perspectives have value in shaping the future.
